Project Management

The creation of a new garden can require the services of many skilled individuals, including hard landscapers, lighting technicians, water gardeners, drainage specialists, tree surgeons – not to mention specialist growers and nurseries. This complex and time consuming process requires careful project management to ensure not only the final design is fully realised, but that the project progresses within the agreed timescales and comes in within budget.

Judy’s background is in project management and, following the design stage, her skills can be employed in overseeing the very many aspects that go towards the successful creation of a new garden.
