Design Process
Site Survey and Analysis
This will confirm your soil conditions, aspect and surrounding influences and, along with your individual requirements, will provide the basis on which to consider design options.
A scaled plan of the garden will be produced showing boundaries, existing features (to remove or retain) and changes of level, highlighting any potential problems such as drainage, planning requirements, etc.
(A complex site may require the services of a land surveyor)
Design Proposal
Using the site survey, analysis and your brief, the proposed design along with visualisation material to help you feel the character of the new design will be presented to you. At this meeting we can discuss and finalise any changes you would like made, before progressing to the final stage.
Master Plan and Construction Drawings
Once you have agreed the final design and selected your preferred materials, a master plan will be produced to enable costs to be compiled for the construction of your new garden.
Planting Design and Aftercare
A scaled planting plan will include plants perfectly suited to the new design of your garden, the growing conditions of your site and your lifestyle needs.
All plants are supplied by leading reputable nurseries and can be supplied with individual plant profiles, to assist with their long term care.
If required, ongoing maintenance can be arranged.
